whats new… its almost on a nightly basis that i am awake to all hrs 5 6am… even nights when i take sleep aids (which i hate) i still wake toss and turn as if my body is fighting it… i have been this way most my life but only seems in recent that its been this bad some days going with no sleep only to crash HARD at the end of what seems to be the hardest longest work...
to trim or not to trim....
my beard that is… its been SOME weeks since i have trimmed and im kinda liking this longer facial hair situation. then again i dont feel good today and my beard is hurting my face if that makes any sense.. now what to do? mustache? all gones?
